Paint Gear Diamond Cut Rotary Kit

Turn a standard electric buffer Rotary Polisher into a wheel sanding and Diamond Cut/Polished Face Replica machine. Using the backing pad supplied, simply screw it into the buffer and apply the desired grades of sandpaper supplied to turn it into a powerful cutting tool!

An amazing replica Diamond Cut finish can be achieved by working up the grades, finishing with the Red Scotch Brite pad supplied.

Alternately the kit can be used as a fast cutting kerb damage removal tool, making light work of even the deepest kerb damage.

x1 Backing Plate (M14 x 2 Female Thread)
x4 Grey Scotch Pads
x4 Red Scotch Pads
x4 120 Grit Discs
x4 180 Grit Discs
x4 320 Grit Discs
x4 400 Grit Discs

How to Use (Diamond Cut Effect) :
1.) Attach the 125mm backing plate supplied to the Rotary Polisher
2.) Apply the discs to the backing plate and cut to size using scissors or a blade
3.) Grey scotch is used to key up the wheel. 1 pad per wheel
4.) Use lowest grits up to the higher grits to remove damage or create the diamond cut.
5.) Apply Red scotch to the backing plate and cut to size
6.) At lower speed use Red Scotch to create Diamond cut effect.
7.) Apply chosen lacquer finish.
