Custom made paint orders must be checked within 7 days. Should there be any issues with colour match or missing items please report to info@paintgear.co.uk.

How do you colour match the paint to my vehicle?

Via vehicle registration and/ or paint code. Please note- knowing your paint code will speed up the process of your order.

Where can I find my paint code?

Paint code locations can vary from vehicle to vehicle. They can often be found in Door shuts/jams, under bonnet areas and occasionally service book documentation. The easiest way to obtain your code & colour name for your car is to ring your local main dealer and ask for the parts department.

Do you match paint for Motorcycles?

Yes, you will need to provide us with the paint code. Please note- some colours / codes / combinations will not be available on our system.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. Please ask via our email address info@paintgear.co.uk about International enquiries.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days after the paint has been mixed.
